Church History

The Church of Labourers was founded on June 7, 2019, with a clear assignment from God, to prepare laborers for His harvest by teaching the uncompromised Word of God, building strong disciples, and equipping believers to fulfill their Kingdom purpose.
What began as a vision rooted in faith quickly became a growing community of worshippers committed to prayer, biblical teaching, and serving others with the love of Christ. For six years, The Church of Labourers faithfully gathered each Sunday at 10:30 a.m. in a rented worship space. Throughout those years, God continually demonstrated His faithfulness, providing for every need while adding to the ministry those who desired to grow deeper in their relationship with Him.
From the very beginning, the ministry has been committed not only to preaching the Gospel within the walls of the church, but also to demonstrating God's love throughout the community. Through food giveaways, Back-to-School events, community outreach initiatives, support for families in need, and compassionate ministry to nursing home residents, The Church of Labourers has sought to be the hands and feet of Jesus. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the church remained steadfast in its mission by delivering lunches and snacks directly to children in the community, ensuring families experienced both practical support and the love of Christ during an uncertain season.
One of the most significant milestones in the church's journey came in November 2024, when, after years of faithful stewardship and prayer, God blessed The Church of Labourers with its very own church home. This moment was more than the purchase of a building, it was a powerful testimony of God's promises, provision, and faithfulness to His people. The new church home stands as a place where lives are transformed, families are strengthened, and future generations will encounter the presence of God.
Today, The Church of Labourers continues to grow as a Christ-centered ministry devoted to teaching God's Word, raising disciples, and preparing laborers for the harvest. Every service, outreach, and act of ministry reflects the church's unwavering commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God with excellence, compassion, and integrity.
As we look toward the future, we remain confident that God is not finished with our story. We believe the greatest days of The Church of Labourers are still ahead as we continue to fulfill our mission of teaching, equipping, encouraging, and sending believers into the harvest field to make a lasting impact for Jesus Christ.
